My order has been cancelled, when will I be refunded?

Your payment was authorised by your card issuer when you initially placed your order on the Pharmacy2U website. As your order has now been cancelled, Pharmacy2U will not take the payment, so any funds that have been initially reserved, will be un-reserved by your bank/card issuer. This usually takes 7-10 working days, however this may differ depending on your card issuing bank. If you have paid using PayPal as a payment method, the order amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account within the next 3 working days.
