How do I change my communications preferences?

If you no longer want to receive marketing communications via a particular channel (such as email or SMS) or any marketing at all, then the quickest and easiest method is to amend your preferences by logging into either or both of your NHS Repeat Prescription / Pharmacy Account or Online Doctor Account.

If you experience any difficulties, please contact us for further assistance.

An option to unsubscribe from marketing emails is available on each email that we send, usually found at either the top and/or bottom of each marketing email.
